ServiceDog Profile is a private, independent digital registry. We provide pet owners with digital identification documents, certificates, and organizational tools for their service dogs, emotional support animals, and therapy animals.

Important Disclaimer:

• We are NOT a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development), USDA, or any other government body.
• Registration with ServiceDog Profile does not confer legal rights, certify your animal as a service dog, or replace any legal or medical process.
• Our documentation is designed to help owners organize and present their pet's information. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or veterinary advice.
• Under the ADA, service dogs do not require registration, certification, or identification to exercise their legal rights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information about yourself and your pet(s).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not misrepresent your animal's status or training to third parties.

4. Services and Payments

• Our registration plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your payment card information.
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchased plans.
• Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to your digital documents and dashboard features associated with your plan.

5. Digital Documents

The digital ID cards, certificates, and other documents generated by our platform are provided for informational and organizational purposes. They represent your registration with our private registry and should not be presented as government-issued documents.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of ServiceDog Profile and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent our documents as government-issued identification
• Falsely claim your pet is a service animal when it is not
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our website
• Interfere with the operation of our website or services

8. Limitation of Liability

ServiceDog Profile provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to any issues arising from presenting our documents to third parties.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceDog Profile and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your misrepresentation of your animal's status.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.
