4. After a Refund
Upon refund:
- Your plan will be downgraded to the free tier
- Access to premium documents and features will be revoked
- Your account and pet profile(s) will remain active
- You may re-purchase a plan at any time
5. Exceptions
Refund requests made after 30 days from the purchase date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
